DevByNic is a personal wardrobe showcase operated by Elevate Media Technologies LLC (Elevate Media). This policy explains what happens when you visit devbynic.com or contact us.

The current website

You can browse the rack and view the original outfit photos without an account. The site does not currently accept photo uploads, generate wardrobes for visitors, take payments, or offer user accounts. The displayed photos are Nicholas Alexis’s selected Instagram outfit photos, with AI-reconstructed garment images alongside them.

Information processed when you visit

The website is hosted by Netlify. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page or file, browser information, and request time. Netlify handles hosting infrastructure and associated operational logs. Its processing and retention are governed by its applicable service terms and privacy information; we do not set a separate retention period for those infrastructure logs.

Our site code does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or browser storage identifiers. Rack selections and sleeve movement stay in your browser and are not sent to a visitor activity database.

If you contact us

The Contact link opens your email application. If you send a message to Contact@NicholasAlexis.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use that information to respond, manage your request, and keep necessary correspondence. Do not email passwords or sensitive personal information.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and related records or legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your correspondence; we will explain any information we need to retain and why. Email is processed through our email service, rather than a form on this website.

External links and AI images

Instagram and LinkedIn links take you to those platforms. Their own privacy practices apply once you visit. We do not embed their feeds or send them your rack selections.

The garment reconstructions were prepared before publication. Browsing this site does not submit your information or images to an AI image-generation service.

Your choices

Contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Privacy rights depend on where you live and applicable law.

Changes and contact

If we introduce accounts, uploads, or visitor-generated wardrobes, we will update this policy to explain the actual providers, uses, retention, and choices before those features become available.
