These terms describe use of devbynic.com, a personal wardrobe showcase operated by Elevate Media Technologies LLC (Elevate Media). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What this site provides

The site lets you explore Nicholas Alexis’s selected outfits, interact with reconstructed garment images, and open the original Instagram posts. It is a creative demonstration, not a clothing store. No garment is offered for sale, and the site does not currently provide visitor accounts, photo uploads, payments, or automatic wardrobe generation.

Images and accuracy

Garment images are AI reconstructions made from outfit photographs. Hidden fabric, proportions, graphics, and other details may be interpreted or differ from the real clothing. The original outfit view provides the photographic reference. The hanger and sleeve animation are a visual approximation, not a physical simulation or product specification.

Permitted use

You may browse the site and share links to it. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent the photos, clothing designs, branding, or site as your own work. Viewing the site does not transfer rights in its photos, code, artwork, trademarks, or the clothing shown. Requests to reuse material can be sent to our contact email.

External services

Instagram and LinkedIn are independent services with their own terms. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms or the clothing brands shown. Opening a profile does not automatically follow an account or subscribe you to messages.

Availability and future offerings

We may update the site, change the demonstration, or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or hosting limits. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Any future personalized wardrobe offering will have its own stated scope, generation limits, publishing choices, and hosting period. These terms do not promise a free wardrobe or indefinite hosting.
